Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or dispatched.

To cancel an order, email us at shopmizofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Prepaid order cancellations are refunded within 5–7 working days.
